After a short meeting, we will be headed to Mall of America for racing action at Silicone Motor Speedway, a competitive game of Mini-Golf and rounding off the evening with dinner.

After a short meeting, we will be headed to Cedarvale Lanes in Eagan for bowling and fun! We have reserved 6 lanes for two hours starting at 4:00pm for members to keep the competitive spirit alive during the winter season.

The Holiday Season is upon us! Mark your calendar and save the date for our annual Holiday Party on Saturday, December 12th! Formal invitations have been mailed out so be sure to watch your mail. Dinner will be catered in therefore, RSVP’s are required by December 4th to msmistyk. Please include the total number attending along with ages of any children attending. (The club will be providing a gift for all children.)
We will be holding a gift exchange game where you can “steal” a gift up to three times! This is optional so if you’d like to participate, please bring a WRAPPED gift with a $20 maximum value. This will surely be the talk of the evening!
Additionally, we will be collecting UNWRAPPED toys for the local Toys for Tots drive and non-perishable food items for the local food shelf.
Please bring your favorite appetizer or dessert to share! Dinner and beverages will be provided.

We will be taking nomiations for the following director positions at our October 17, 2009 meeting. Please check out the Elections section of the forum for full descriptions of each position and begin to think about who you’d like to nominate. The positions listed here are one year terms. Director and Secretary/Treasurer are 2 year terms and will be up for nomination in 2010.

Due to the many activities occuring in the month of July, it has been announced we will not be holding a monthly member meeting on July 18th. Club members will be attending the Car Craft Summer Nationals that weekend.
Our next meeting will take place back at Apple Valley Ford on August 15th at 3:00 PM. Our next club event is August 8th with a scenic cruise through Wisconsin countryside with our destination being the Hamlin’s for a BBQ.

Track Time Motor Sport will be our guest at this meeting to talk about track events they organize. Following the June meeting members will be cruising to Blaine for a BBQ at Gary and Nan’s home.
